The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the inviting living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. Cook up delicious meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with full-sized appliances, or simply enjoy the breathtaking views from either of the two balconies. On-site, you�ll find two sparkling pools, a tiki hut with a TV room, a fitness area, and a fun ping pong table. BBQ grills and dining tables are conveniently located by each pool for easy outdoor dining. And don�t forget, the world-famous powdery white sands of Crescent Beach are just steps away, waiting for you to enjoy. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
