This one-bedroom condo is great for a couple or young family. A queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa gives everyone a place to rest. Your full kitchen provides what you need to prepare meals, or just make that morning cup of coffee. Walk down to the beach for an evening stroll and watch the famous Gulf Sunsets. This condo has everything you need for a quiet beach week. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
