This stunning condo offers a spacious main bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite, while the guest bedroom features two cozy twin beds. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and the full kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need�from full-sized appliances to all the utensils�to whip up a delicious meal. Savor your morning coffee or a bottle of wine on your private balcony, gazing over the shimmering waters of the Gulf. When you're ready to explore, take a dip in one of the two refreshing pools, challenge friends to a game of ping pong at the tiki hut, or work up a sweat in the fitness area. Enjoy grilling at the BBQ stations with dining tables nearby. But, of course, the real star is Crescent Beach�just steps away, ready for you to experience its soft, white sands and crystal-clear waters. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
