This condo provides access to fantastic amenities, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, and seasonal tennis courts. ** Amenity Notice: Our Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Center are temporarily closed for maintenance and are expected to reopen after September 2025. Thank you for your patience. ** The resort is built on a hillside and requires navigating stairs (no elevator). Approximately 20 steps to the condo. Basic Wi-Fi is included but may be limited due to the mountain location. Streaming services are not supported. Vermont's "Do Not Drink" tap water advisory is in effect. Resort Rules

Must be 21 or Older to Rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
