Inside, you'll find a cozy retreat with a separate bedroom featuring a queen bed, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for fueling up before a day outdoors. Unwind on your private porch with a nightcap after a day of adventure, soaking in the natural beauty of the mountains. Year-Round Activities & Amenities Winter: Ski the nearby slopes, then warm up by the fire. Spring & Summer: Hike through hardwood forests, explore mountain trails, and enjoy seasonal tennis courts. Fall: Experience stunning foliage and cool, refreshing air. Resort Layout: Built into the hillside—stairs required (no elevator). Approximately 37 steps to the condo. Wi-Fi: Basic service available, but streaming is not supported due to mountain location. Water Advisory: As of April 10, 2024, Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order for tap water. Bottled water is available at the pool center from 9 AM – 9 PM. Tap water is safe for bathing and washing clothes. Additional Information Unforeseen Maintenance: While we strive to provide top-notch amenities, occasional mechanical issues may arise. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve any concerns quickly. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings). MRT-10039098

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
