Ideal for all seasons, this condo is conveniently located near slopes, hiking trails, and restaurants. Unwind in the sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub in the nearby building. Retreat to your condo and embrace the warmth of a gas fireplace or soak in the natural beauty from your deck. Savor a glass of wine at night or a hot coffee in the morning, inhaling the refreshing mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen awaits to help you craft delicious meals – just bring your groceries! This Unit has a spiral staircase inside to access one of the Guest Bedrooms and Second bathroom. Resort Layout: Built into the hillside—stairs required (no elevator). Approximately 45 steps to the unit. Wi-Fi: Basic service available, but streaming is not supported due to mountain location. ***Water Advisory: As of April 10, 2024, Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order for tap water. Bottled water is available at the pool center from 9 AM – 9 PM. Tap water is safe for bathing and washing clothes. Additional Information Unforeseen Maintenance: While we strive to provide top-notch amenities, occasional mechanical issues may arise. Resort Rules

Must be 21 or Older to Rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
