After a day on the slopes or exploring snowy trails, unwind in the nearby building’s sauna, indoor pool, or hot tub. Back in your condo, curl up by the gas fireplace or step out onto your private deck to soak in the serene winter scenery. Mornings are perfect with a warm cup of coffee, and evenings are ideal for a glass of wine while enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare hearty meals—just bring your groceries! One cozy bedroom with a full bed and private bath offers a restful retreat, while the larger second bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the living area. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space for additional guests. ** Amenity Notice: Our Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Center are temporarily closed for maintenance and are expected to reopen after September 2025. Thank you for your patience. ** This resort is built on the hillside and requires stairs—there is no elevator. There are approximately 40 steps to the unit. Basic Wi-Fi services are offered, but since this resort is in the mountains, services may be limited. Our Wi-Fi will not support streaming services.    We aim to provide excellent amenities, but access to all facilities cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen maintenance. We appreciate your understanding and will address any issues promptly. MRT-10039098 On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for PFAS in public drinking water. Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order. This means residents should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking, or any other consumptive use. Bottled water is available at the pool center building from 9 AM to 9 PM. We are working with state officials to address the issue and will update you on further actions. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or Older to Rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
