Hall Bench with Catch Tray: Upon entering the condo, guests are greeted by a hall bench with a catch tray, perfect for storing snowy boots and keeping the entrance tidy. Cozy Living Room: The living room features a fireplace, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Furnishings include a comfortable couch and loveseat, allowing guests to relax and unwind. There's also a TV for entertainment purposes. Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, providing a convenient space for enjoying meals together. Galley Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances making meal preparation convenient and easy. It offers ample counter space and storage, ideal for cooking meals during your stay. Bright and Airy: Large windows throughout the common area allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Bed Two Bathrooms: Ensuite: Tub/Shower Combo. Guest Bathroom: Shower Stall no tub. (note bedrooms are tight and may be hard to maneuver around the beds) With its cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements, this 3-bedroom condo provides an ideal retreat for guests looking to relax and enjoy their time in the mountains. *Location: The resort is built on a hillside, and guests should be aware that stairs are required to access various parts of the property. * Please note that there is no elevator available. There are aproximately 11 steps to the unit. *Due to the wells, it will take time for the water to heat up. *Wifi Services: Basic Wifi services are provided, but guests should be aware that due to the mountainous location, Wifi services may be limited. The Wifi network will not support streaming services. Amenities Disclaimer: While the resort aims to provide excellent amenities, guests should understand that uninterrupted access to all facilities cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen mechanical issues may arise, and the resort will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly. On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for PFAS in public drinking water. Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order. This means residents should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking, or any other consumptive use. Bottled water is available at the pool center building from 9 AM to 9 PM. We are working with state officials to address the issue and will update you on further actions. *(Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings)*.

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or Older to rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
