The main bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the common area includes a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances. Stairs are required. Not all units have water views. Amenities include Cable TV, Central AC/Heat, Wi-Fi, and linens. Free laundry facilities are available in the condo or the building. Additional Information: House Rules: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties. Cancellations: Minimum $95 cancellation fee applies. Photos: Balcony and views vary by unit. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 21 day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
