Common living space includes a queen-sized sofa bed and two twin-sized Murphy beds. A small but efficient kitchen offers full-sized appliances to create wonderful meals and snacks. * Stairs are required, not all units have water views. Cable TV, Central AC/Heat, WIFI, and Linens included. Free laundry facilities either in the condo or in the building. Guests can take advantage of the recreational activities, including a lighted tennis court, heated outdoor pool, bicycles, cornhole, BBQ grills, and 200 feet of private beach. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 21 day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
