This efficient studio condo features a versatile two-twin Murphy bed that can be combined into a larger bed and easily lifted to free up space in the living area when not in use. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances to meet your cooking needs. Please note that stairs are required, and not all units have water views. The condo may be located on the first or second floor on the beach side. Amenities include Cable TV, Central AC/Heat, Wi-Fi, and linens. Free laundry facilities are available either in the condo or within the building. Additional Information: House Rules: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties. Cancellations: Minimum $95 cancellation fee applies. Photos: Balcony and views vary by unit. Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to rent and check in. Security Deposit: $250 refundable hold at check-in, subject to inspection. Amenities: Maintenance may occur; our team works promptly to resolve issues.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 21 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 21 day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
