Our condo has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Relax in the main bedroom, featuring a king bed and private access to one of the two balconies, plus a spacious, updated bathroom. The second bedroom has two comfy twin beds, perfect for family or friends. After a day of fun in the sun, kick back in the cozy living room, or whip up a delicious meal in the updated kitchen with full-sized appliances. Step outside and take in the breathtaking views from not one, but two balconies. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The property offers plenty of fun amenities, including two pools, a tiki hut with a TV room, a fitness area, and a ping pong table. BBQ grills and dining tables by each pool make it easy to enjoy outdoor meals. And don�t forget, the world-famous powdery white sands of Crescent Beach are just steps away, ready for you to explore! A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
