Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Resort Rules
No pets. No smoking. No parties or events. Guests must be 21 or older to book and present a valid photo ID matching the reservation name at check-in. A $150 security deposit is required upon arrival. Access to all units requires stairs. Room assignments are based on availability at the time of booking.
