Whether you're soaking in bay views from your private furnished balcony or unwinding in the indoor heated pool, Bay Club offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This spacious, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two double beds. The living area offers a sofa bed, loveseat, and TV, flowing into a dining space with seating for six. Step outside to your furnished patio or balcony for peaceful bay vistas. The fully equipped kitchen includes generous counter space, a coffee maker, dishware, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for home-style meals. Each unit also includes a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, bath towels, and two parking permits available at the front office. ****NOTE***While our resort is pet friendly, this unit does not allow pets. Please contact us if you need pet-friendly accommodations! Enjoy full access to your condo and resort amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, fishing/crabbing dock, and boat tie-ups (no launch). The Ocean City Trolley stop is 2 blocks away, and the Boardwalk is 5 blocks away. Check in at the front desk during office hours. For after-hours arrivals, call 410-213-5336 for the lockbox number and access code to your check-in packet and key card. Guests must be 21+ and provide a $250 security hold at check-in. The condo is stocked with essential kitchenware (salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not provided). Boaters can use several nearby public ramps. Onsite office hours are: Mon–Thu: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Fri: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Sat: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Sun: Closed

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. No Smoking. No Parties. Parking: Each reservation includes two parking spaces for cars or trailers. Permits are issued at check-in, and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Guests arriving after hours must register their vehicle between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM the next morning to avoid towing. Pet Policy: Bay Club is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs per unit, 70 lbs each). Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet fees (plus 11% tax) are collected at check-in: $125 for one dog or $185 for two. Register in advance at 410-213-5336 or within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a $250 fine. Dogs are welcome on Ocean City beaches from October 1 – April 30. Senior Week Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for Senior Week reservations. Guests must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Resort Notice: Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
