The second level offers a living area with a sofabed and another bathroom. A lofted bedroom with a queen bed sits at the top, open to the space below. A small kitchen is included for simple meal prep, and linens and towels are provided. Whether you're setting out on a trail, watching the trees from the deck, or just resting in the stillness, this peaceful, off-grid retreat is perfect for calm mornings and time outdoors. Guests must be 18 or older to book. Dogs are welcome (see terms and conditions). The property has limited Cell and WiFi service. Stairs are required. While we aim to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures may happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

Cancellation policy

100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. 50% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 3 days before the arrival date. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds.

Resort Rules

The property has limited Cell and WiFi service. Stairs are required to access certain areas of the unit and property. While we aim to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events. Guests must be 18 or older to book. Pets: Dogs are welcome for a fee of $25 per day (no other animals permitted). All dogs must be leashed per Maine State Law and up to date on vaccinations (proof required).
