Cancellation policy

100% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. 50% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 3 days before the arrival date. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds.

While we aim to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events. Guests must be 18 or older to book. Pets: Dogs are welcome for a fee of $25 per day per dog (no other animals permitted). All dogs must be leashed per Maine State Law and up to date on vaccinations (proof required).
