Overview

Located at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest, this studio lodge offers a peaceful space to unplug and slow down. Forest trails are just outside the lodge's front door, and there are regular wildlife sightings and on-site amenities. The studio includes a Murphy bed and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, small stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware. It is great for simple meals between outdoor adventures. In the mornings, relax on the front deck and take in the sounds of the forest, from gentle birdsong to the occasional visit from a hummingbird. Guests can share picnic tables, outdoor gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace stocked with firewood. A game room offers ping pong, billiards, darts, arcade games, and more. There’s also a small playground for kids, and mountain bikes are available to rent. Nearby trails provide access to hiking, mountain biking, and frequent wildlife viewing, including moose. Whether you're venturing out or simply soaking in the stillness, this is a place to pause, breathe, and be present in the woods. A security hold is taken by the front desk at check-in. Guests must be 18 or older to book. Dogs are welcome (terms and conditions). The property has limited Cell and WiFi service. Stairs are required to access certain areas of the property. While we aim to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures may happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

Our inn is located in the forests of western Maine. Unfortunately, you may not be able to rely on a GPS device to get you here, and your smartphone may not connect to see maps, either. It is suggested that you print the directions to ensure your safe arrival at Evergreen.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

Guests must be 18 or older to book. A security hold will be taken by the front desk at check-in. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome for $25 per day (no other animals permitted). All dogs must be leashed per Maine State Law and up to date on vaccinations (proof required). Property Details: Limited cell and WiFi service.
