The guest bedroom includes two comfortable full-size beds and its own ensuite bath, offering privacy and convenience for additional guests. The open-concept living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease, featuring a dining table that seats six and a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and ample dishware. The inviting living room includes a cozy couch, loveseat, and a TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Both bathrooms offer shower/tub combinations for added comfort. Step onto the balcony from either the living room or the main bedroom to take in peaceful bay views and enjoy a small seating area ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Your stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, bath towels, and two parking spaces. Bay Club is pet-friendly, with a fee for dogs. Ocean City beaches allow dogs from October 1st to April 30th. Pet fees: 1 dog – $138.75, 2 dogs – $205.35. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per unit, and pets must not be left unattended.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. No Smoking. No Parties. Parking: Each reservation includes two parking spaces for cars or trailers. Permits are issued at check-in, and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Guests arriving after hours must register their vehicle between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM the next morning to avoid towing. Pet Policy: Bay Club is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs per unit, 70 lbs each). Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet fees (plus 11% tax) are collected at check-in: $125 for one dog or $185 for two. Register in advance at 410-213-5336 or within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a $250 fine. Dogs are welcome on Ocean City beaches from October 1 – April 30. Senior Week Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for Senior Week reservations. Guests must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Resort Notice: Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
