The Ocean City Trolley stop is just 2 blocks away, and the Boardwalk is only 5 blocks away. You can check in at the front desk during office hours. If you arrive after hours, call 410-213-5336 for the lockbox number and access code to your check-in packet and key card. Guests must be 21 or older and provide a $250 security hold at check-in. The condo is stocked with essential kitchenware (salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not included). Onsite office hours are: Mon–Thu: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Fri: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Sat: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Sun: Closed Emergency after-hours numbers are provided in your check-in packet. Check-in time is 5 p.m.

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.
