
We are located next door to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and four blocks to the nearest public beach access. We are 2 Blocks from the Ocean City Trolley and 5 Blocks to the Boardwalk.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Must be 21 or older to rent. No Smoking. No Parties. Parking: Each reservation includes two parking spaces for cars or trailers. Permits are issued at check-in, and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Guests arriving after hours must register their vehicle between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM the next morning to avoid towing. Pet Policy: Bay Club is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs per unit, 70 lbs each). Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet fees (plus 11% tax) are collected at check-in: $125 for one dog or $185 for two. Register in advance at 410-213-5336 or within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a $250 fine. Dogs are welcome on Ocean City beaches from October 1 – April 30. Senior Week Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for Senior Week reservations. Guests must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Resort Notice: Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
