The open living space is designed for comfort and convenience, with a dining table that seats six and a kitchen stocked with full-sized appliances, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, and ample dishware. The cozy living room includes a couch and loveseat along with a TV for relaxing evenings. Both bathrooms feature shower/tub combos for your comfort. Step out onto the balcony from either the main bedroom or the living room to enjoy beautiful bay views and a small sitting area. Wi-Fi, linens, bath towels, and two parking spaces are included for your stay. Bay Club is dog-friendly with a fee for pets. Dogs are allowed October 1 - April 30 on Ocean City beaches. Fees: 1 dog - $138.75, 2 dogs - $205.35. Maximum 2 dogs per unit; pets should not be left unattended.

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. No Smoking. No Parties. Parking: Each reservation includes two parking spaces for cars or trailers. Permits are issued at check-in, and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Guests arriving after hours must register their vehicle between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM the next morning to avoid towing. Pet Policy: Bay Club is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs per unit, 70 lbs each). Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet fees (plus 11% tax) are collected at check-in: $125 for one dog or $185 for two. Register in advance at 410-213-5336 or within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a $250 fine. Dogs are welcome on Ocean City beaches from October 1 – April 30. Senior Week Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for Senior Week reservations. Guests must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Resort Notice: Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
