This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open layout includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, and large-screen TV. The dining area flows into a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and breakfast nook. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, en-suite bath with shower, and direct access to a screened balcony with outdoor seating. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a full bathroom across the hall. A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience. Located just 2.5 miles from Sombrero Beach and close to Marathon attractions, dining, and more. No smoking and no pets. A Refundable Security Hold of $200 was collected at check-in.
