Spacious and well-equipped, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a convenient home base for exploring the area. Ideal for families, couples, or small groups, the unit combines comfort and functionality with a central location close to beaches, shopping, dining, and local attractions. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, along with basic essentials for easy meal prep. You can choose from multiple dining spots: a table for six, a breakfast nook for four, or a small table on the patio. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. From both the living area and one of the bedrooms, you can step out to the screened-in porch to enjoy the tropical breeze. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Walk to the private beach area for beautiful Florida sunsets, or head just 2.5 miles to Sombrero Public Beach to enjoy white sands and clear waters. No smoking and no pets allowed. Refundable Security Hold of $200 collected at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book. Stairs are required to access the unit.
