Wake up to the sound of waves in this one-bedroom condo located directly on the Virginia Beach boardwalk. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and ocean breezes. From the building, guests have direct access to the boardwalk, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the beach. The condo sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and dishware. A dining table is available for meals or planning daily activities. Wi-Fi and two televisions are included, along with bed linens and towels. On-site amenities include a heated indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Coin-operated laundry is available in the building, and one parking space is provided per unit. No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
