Just steps from the beach and boardwalk, this Virginia Beach condo has most everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. After a day at the beach or exploring the boardwalk, return to the condo and relax in the bedroom with a king-size bed. The condo sleeps up to four, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware. Prefer to eat out? Restaurants are just a short walk away. Bed linens, bath towels, and WiFi are included. No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in. The check-in packet will include one parking pass. Each unit at Barclay Towers has one parking space. To avoid receiving a citation, each vehicle must hang the pass from its rearview mirror when parking. You will receive daily citations if the pass is not displayed exactly as directed, or your vehicle could be towed. **EXCLAIMER** We are not responsible for guests receiving citations or being towed, as the Front Desk provides specific instructions that must be followed!**
