A welcoming retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring Stowe’s winter wonderland.Perfect for a snowy getaway, this condo is close to the slopes, trails, and local dining. After a day on the mountain, warm up by the gas fireplace or take in the snowy scenery from your private deck. Start your mornings with hot coffee or unwind at night with a glass of wine, surrounded by crisp winter air. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare hearty meals—just bring your groceries. Best of all, the condo’s private lower-level sauna offers the ultimate way to relax after a day on the slopes. Location: The resort is built on a hillside, and guests should be aware that stairs are required to access various parts of the property. * Please note that there is no elevator available. *Due to the wells, it will take time for the water to heat up. *Wifi Services: Basic Wifi services are provided, but guests should be aware that due to the mountainous location, Wifi services may be limited. The Wifi network will not support streaming services. Amenities Disclaimer: While the resort aims to provide excellent amenities, guests should understand that uninterrupted access to all facilities cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen mechanical issues may arise, and the resort will make every effort to address and resolve any issues promptly. On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for PFAS in public drinking water. Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order. This means residents should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking, or any other consumptive use. Bottled water is available at the pool center building from 9 AM to 9 PM. We are working with state officials to address the issue and will update you on further actions.

Location Instructions

31 Mountainside Dr, Stowe, VT 05672, USA We are 40 minutes from Vermont's largest airport, 15 minutes from Interstate 89, and 15 minutes from the train station in Waterbury. Do not forget to view Mt. Mansfield! Burlington International Airport offers service to and from major cities like Philadelphia, Chicago, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, and Washington. From the airport, it is just a 40-minute, mostly interstate drive to Stowe. Taxi service and car rentals are available at the airport, or you can contact one of our local taxi services. From the airport and points west, take Route 89 South. From most points south, take Interstate Route 89 North to Exit 10. Get off on Exit 10 and take Route 100 North into Stowe Village (about 15 minutes). Turn left onto Route 108, the Mountain Road. After just 3 miles, turn right onto Cottage Club Road. Mountainside Resort is on the left.

Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check-in. This is refundable based on an inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest. If arriving after 5 pm please call the resort to set up after-hours check-in. *This resort does not have an elevator, and stairs are required to enter the units. *Our Wi-Fi will not support streaming services. Basic Wi-Fi services are offered, but since this resort is in the mountains, services may be limited.
