NEAREST AIRPORTS Jacksonville International 60.0miles/ 96 km Daytona International 50 miles St Augustine Airport: US Highway 1 (Northbound) The airport Terminal on the Right is about 3.5 miles. The Daytona Airport is 50 miles south and the Jacksonville Airport is 60 miles north. The Orlando Airport is approximately 100 miles away from the resort. From the airport, take I-95 to St. Augustine Exit 305/State Road 206 East. Follow 206 East to the end, turn left onto A1A North, and follow approx. 3.5 mi to Ocean Trace Road. The Oasis Restaurant is on the corner; turn right. The Beach Club is located on the left at the end of Ocean Trace Road.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 15 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 15-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable. Important Payment Information: A 50% deposit is due at booking. The final payment will be charged to the provided credit card 14 days before check-in. To update your card, contact us before the final payment date. Please note the dates and plan accordingly. Declined transactions for the remaining balance must be rectified within 24 hours of receiving notice; otherwise, they will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the initial deposit.
