Additional Information: A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
