The adjoining en suite bathroom adds to your comfort, while the expansive living room invites you to unwind or enjoy a family game night after a day of sun and sand. A sleeper sofa is also available for additional guests. Enjoy all the resorts fantastic amenities: dive into one of the two pools, chill out at the tiki hut with a TV room and fitness area, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong. There are BBQ grills and dining tables at each pool for your convenience. And of course, the highlight is Crescent Beach world renowned for its powdery white sands, just steps from your door. Please note, this property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
