Get ready for a fantastic beach getaway at our second-floor two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Siesta Key! Wake up to stunning views of Crescent Beach's powdery white sands and sparkling Gulf waters, instantly putting you in vacation mode. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals or quick snacks, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the guest room offers two cozy twin beds. Two bathrooms provide ample space to freshen up before heading out to explore the beach or take a stroll in the Village for some tasty treats. Plus, there's an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience. On-site, you'll find two pools, a tiki hut with a TV room and fitness area, and a ping pong table. BBQ grills and dining tables are located by each pool for your enjoyment. And, of course, the highlight is the world-famous Crescent Beach, just steps away from your door. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. While we do our best to keep everything in great condition, occasional maintenance issues are outside of our control. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or a formal letter to the CPMC rental office. A $95.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 60-day cancellation window, your deposit is non-refundable. Important Payment Information: A 50% deposit is due at booking. The final payment will be charged to the provided credit card 14 days before check-in. To update your card, contact us before the final payment date. Please note the dates and plan accordingly. Declined transactions for the remaining balance must be rectified within 24 hours of receiving notice; otherwise, they will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

Resort Rules

21+ to Rent. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. A $250 authorization hold is placed at check-in and released after checkout, pending inspection. Fees: $49.95 Property Protection Fee $100 Departure Clean 5% Administrative Fee Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM. Arriving after 5 PM? A lockbox packet and code will be provided. Check-out is 10 AM on the day of departure. Office Hours: On-site office is open Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Amenities Notice: While we strive to maintain excellent amenities, some may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
