This two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo will delight your vacation senses. Views of Crescent Beach's white sands and the blue-green waters of the Gulf will have you relaxed and ready for vacation mode in no time. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create a great home-cooked meal or heat up quick snacks. Grab a coffee and unwind on the balcony while listening to the Gulf lapping on the shore. Each condo is uniquely furnished and has the same layout. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen. Two bathrooms give you plenty of space to get ready for a fun-filled day on the beach or a stroll in the Village, grabbing delectable delights. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping-pong table. There is a BBQ grill at each pool and dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The world-famous powdery white sands are steps away. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; guests should bring their own beach/pool towels. While we do our best to keep everything in great condition, occasional maintenance issues are outside of our control. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or a written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside the 60-day cancellation window, your deposit is non-refundable.
