The drive from Norfolk International Airport to Barclay Towers Resort Hotel is approximately 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Destination: Barclay Towers Resort Hotel 809 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 Barclay Towers Resort Hotel Driving directions: Exit Norfolk International Airport and follow signs to I-64 East. Take I-264 East toward Virginia Beach. Continue on I-264 East until it ends at the oceanfront. Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue. Continue to Barclay Towers at 809 Atlantic Avenue, near 9th Street.
Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Resort Rules
No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. Guests must be 21 or older to book. IMPORTANT: PARKING INSTRUCTIONS Barclay Towers has a strict parking policy—please follow the exact instructions provided by the Front Desk at check-in. Each unit includes one parking pass for one vehicle, to be hung from the rearview mirror at all times. Failure to display the pass properly may result in daily citations or towing. We are not responsible for any parking violations or towing—guests must follow the guidelines given. Extra Vehicles: Must park in the City Garage across the street at your own expense.
