Sunrise Ridge Resort is approximately 35 miles from McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), with a typical drive time of 45–50 minutes depending on traffic. From McGhee Tyson Airport: Exit the airport and follow signs to Alcoa Highway (US-129 North). Merge onto TN-168 East and continue toward Knoxville. Take the ramp to I-40 East. Take Exit 407 toward Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Follow TN-66 South toward Pigeon Forge. Turn left onto Ridge Road. Continue to 2301 Ridge Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
