This one-bedroom, two-bath unit has a great pool view, only steps away from Crescent Beach. The living room is charming and comfortable. The galley kitchen has full-sized appliances for your cooking needs. Two queen beds in the main bedroom with a private attached bathroom. The second bathroom is great for extra space to get ready for the beach or a dinner out in the Village. This property has two pools, a tiki hut/TV room with a fitness area, and a ping pong table. A BBQ grill at each pool with dining tables nearby. Of course, the star of this property is Crescent Beach. The powdery white sands that are world-famous are steps away. A refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older at check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided; please bring your own beach/pool towels. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in the form of an email or written letter to the CPMC rental office. There is a $95.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations occurring outside of 60 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made inside of the 60-day cancellation window your deposit is non-refundable.
