Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Resort Rules
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to rent. Smoking, parties, events, and pets are not permitted. Please note that there is no elevator access. Guests assigned to upper-floor units must use stairs. Room assignments are based on availability at the time of booking. As a multi-unit resort, specific views, building locations, and floor levels cannot be guaranteed. Resort amenities are subject to availability and may be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather, seasonal operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
