Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

House Rules: No smoking, pets, or parties permitted. Resort Amenities: This stay does not include access to Chalet High amenities. Accessibility: Townhome entry requires 1–4 steps, with two interior flights of stairs. Deck Access: Deck repairs are underway, and direct access from the unit may be limited.
