Our inn is located in the forests of western Maine. Unfortunately, you may not be able to rely on a GPS device to get you here, and your smartphone may not connect to see maps, either. It is suggested that you print the directions to ensure your safe arrival at Evergreen.

Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
Resort Rules
Guests must be 18 or older to book. A security hold will be taken by the front desk at check-in. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome for $25 per day (no other animals permitted). All dogs must be leashed per Maine State Law and up to date on vaccinations (proof required). Property Details: Limited cell and WiFi service. Stairs are required to access certain areas of the property and units. While we aim to keep all amenities available, occasional closures may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
