Inside, you'll find a king suite with its own bathroom and balcony access, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed plus private bath, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and stunning bay views. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area for six—ideal for meals with family or friends. Things to Note: We welcome well-behaved dogs (pet fee applies), but pets may not be left unattended. Ocean City beaches allow dogs from October 1 through April 30. Boaters will appreciate several public ramps nearby for easy access to the water. Guests must be 21+ to rent, and a $250 security hold is required at check-in. Check-in time is 5:00 PM. Office hours are Mon–Thurs 9 AM–5 PM, Fri 9 AM–7 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM, and closed Sundays. After-hours emergency contact info is provided in your check-in packet. While we strive to keep all amenities in excellent condition, occasional maintenance may arise—rest assured, we’ll respond quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.
