Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances and cookware—ideal for cooking at home, warming up leftovers, or taking a break from dining out. The main bedroom features a queen bed and a private en suite bath. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, while a third, smaller bedroom includes a twin bunk bed. The living room also has a sofa bed with easy access to the hall bath. Both bathrooms include a convenient tub/shower combo. This condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided for a relaxing stay. Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) → 233 Endicott St N, Laconia, NH Estimated drive time: 1 hr 5 min – 1 hr 15 min Distance: ~54 miles Step-by-step directions: Exit the airport onto Arterial Rd heading toward NH-33 W. Merge onto NH-33 W toward Greenland/Exeter. Turn right to merge onto I-95 N toward Portsmouth/Portland. Continue on I-95 N for about 6 miles. Take Exit 4 onto US-4 W toward Spaulding Turnpike/Dover. Continue on US-4 W, then merge onto NH-16 N / Spaulding Turnpike. Stay on NH-16 N for around 25 miles. Take the exit for NH-11 W toward Alton/Laconia. Follow NH-11 W along Lake Winnipesaukee for ~18 miles into Laconia. Turn right onto US-3 N / Endicott St North. Continue about 1 mile — 233 Endicott Street North will be on your right.

Cancellation policy

Outside Peak-Season (Labor Day - Memorial Day): 2 days or more, prior to your reservation, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Less than 2 days, no refund. Peak-Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day): Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
