Cancellation policy
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 7 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

If you plan to arrive after office hours, please call ahead to obtain your lockbox code before the office closes. A $150 authorization hold is required at check-in and will be released after a satisfactory room inspection. Check-In Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years Valid photo ID required Rules: No smoking.
