Welcome to Bay Club Resort, ideally located along the scenic Assawoman Bay for a truly relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Just a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, and convention center, the resort offers the perfect balance of coastal charm and convenient access to local attractions. Whether you're taking in stunning bay views from your private furnished balcony or unwinding in the indoor heated pool, Bay Club delivers comfort at every turn. This spacious, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two full beds—ideal for kids or guests. The living area includes a sofa bed, loveseat, and flat-screen TV, and opens into a dining area with seating for six. Enjoy your morning coffee or eunsets from the furnished patio or balcony. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, ample counter space, a coffee maker, cookware, dishware, and utensils—everything needed to easily prepare meals. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh linens, bath towels, and two parking permits at the front desk. **** NOTE *** While our resort is pet friendly, this unit does not allow pets. PPlease get in touch with usif you need pet-friendly accommodations! Enjoy full access to your condo and resort amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, fishing/crabbing dock, and boat tie-ups (no launch). The Ocean City Trolley stop is 2 blocks away, and the Boardwalk is 5 blocks away. Check in at the front desk during office hours. For after-hours arrivals, call 410-213-5336 for the lockbox number and access code to your check-in packet and key card. Please note: the pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance from March 11, 2025. Guests must be 21+ and provide a $250 security hold at check-in. The condo is stocked with essential kitchenware (salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not provided). Boaters can use several nearby public ramps. Onsite office hours are: Mon–Thu: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Fri: 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Sat: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Sun: Closed

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.
