Cozy living area with a sofa bed, large TV, and comfortable seating. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, toaster, microwave, and more. In-unit washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels provided. Two parking passes are included. Enjoy year-round fun with an indoor pool, hot tub, and a private dock for fishing and crabbing. Outdoor lounge spaces offer bay breezes and relaxation. 2 blocks to the Ocean City Trolley stop. 5 blocks to the legendary Boardwalk. Short drive to Assateague Island for wild ponies and nature adventures. Please check in at the front desk during office hours. If arriving after hours, call 410-213-5336 to receive the lockbox number and code for access to your check-in packet and key card. Office hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sun closed. Emergency numbers provided . Guests must be 21+ with a $250 security hold at check-in. We provide essential kitchenware; salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not included. Bay Club is dog-friendly with a fee for pets. Dogs are allowed October 1 - April 30 on Ocean City beaches. Fees: 1 dog - $138.75, 2 dogs - $205.35. Maximum 2 dogs per unit; pets should not be left unattended.

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable, less a cancellation fee, up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will forfeit 50% of the total reservation amount. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or at the time of booking for reservations booked less than 14 days in advance.
