While some units may have water views, specific room locations are assigned at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. No Pets, No Smoking. Enjoy complimentary parking and Wi-Fi, and limited trailer parking is available for a fee. Boat slip rentals are also available for a nominal fee. Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking. The guest can cancel minus a $50 cancellation fee until 14 days before arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit all deposits. There are no refunds for an early departure or shortened stay after check-in.
