Nestled in Cumberland County, Tennessee, the Hiawatha Resort is a peaceful oasis. Step back in time and connect with those you love while connecting with nature. Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin, guests will find an inviting living room with ample seating and access to a deck. This spacious room features a sofa, a recliner, and a fireplace for cool nights. Please note this is not a sofa bed. Newer laminate flooring throughout the cabin adds a touch of modernity and makes for easy cleanup. The cozy kitchen is well-appointed with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, standard drip coffee pot, microwave, and toaster, plus a small dinette table for two. Step outside to the deck, accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with two full beds, and the cabin can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. A second bathroom offering a shower/tub combo shared with the living area. This resort provides complimentary WiFi in common areas via an open network; however, in-room WiFi is not available. For your convenience, quarter-operated laundry facilities are on site. Two Parking Spots are available Per Unit. Please be aware that the furnishings, including decor, color schemes, and furniture arrangement, may vary in each unit.

Cancellation policy

For Hiawatha East and West, cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total amount.

Resort Rules

If you plan to arrive after office hours, please call ahead to obtain your lockbox code before the office closes. A $150 authorization hold is required at check-in and will be released after a satisfactory room inspection. Check-In Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years Valid photo ID required Rules: No smoking.
