This family-friendly and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps six guests comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second one offers two twin beds. Relax on the furnished balcony or patio, taking in stunning bay vistas. Inside, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, loveseat, and TV, leading to a dining area seating six. The kitchen has ample counter space, a coffee pot, kitchenware, dishware, and pots and pans. Each unit includes a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. Two parking permits, which you will receive from the front office, are also included. Please note that room assignments are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee specific floor levels or patio/balcony options. Bay Club is dog-friendly with a fee for pets. Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. No Smoking. No Parties. Parking: Each reservation includes two parking spaces for cars or trailers. Permits are issued at check-in, and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Guests arriving after hours must register their vehicle between 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM the next morning to avoid towing. Pet Policy: Bay Club is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs per unit, 70 lbs each). Dogs must not be left unattended. Pet fees (plus 11% tax) are collected at check-in: $125 for one dog or $185 for two. Register in advance at 410-213-5336 or within 24 hours of arrival to avoid a $250 fine. Dogs are welcome on Ocean City beaches from October 1 – April 30. Senior Week Policy: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for Senior Week reservations. Guests must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Resort Notice: Amenity availability may vary due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
