During hunting season, guests should be aware that local hunting activities may be taking place nearby—please stay on marked trails and enjoy the outdoors safely. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this cozy cabin features: One king, one queen, and one full-sized bed A full-size sofa sleeper in the living room A full-size futon sleeper in the loft sitting room Two bathrooms, including one with a whirlpool tub for soaking tired muscles Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi After a day of winter adventures, relax at the Lodge. Warm up in the heated indoor pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy a quiet moment in the cedar sauna. Good to Know: Furnishings and color schemes may vary by unit. Amenities are well-maintained, though occasional repairs may be necessary; we handle concerns promptly. AC units are removed for winter and reinstalled each summer. Must be 21+ to rent. No smoking or vaping in units. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Dogs welcome (max 2, up to 70 lbs each); pet fee + tax due at check-in (see “Price details” before booking). Hunting season is active in the area—please follow posted safety signs and stay on marked trails.

Cancellation policy

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit all deposits. There are no refunds for an early departure or shortened stay after check-in. Before 14 days deposit will be returned minus a $50 service fee.

Resort Rules

A $300 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in and released after checkout, pending a satisfactory inspection. Check-In: If arriving after 4:00 PM, please call 207-668-7700 during business hours to arrange an after-hours check-in. General Rules: Must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. Pet Policy: Dogs only — maximum 2 dogs (up to 70 lbs each). A $50 + tax per pet fee is due at check-in. Property Notes: AC units are window-style and are removed during winter months for heating efficiency, then reinstalled for summer. Basic Wi-Fi is available but may be limited due to the resort’s mountain location.
