During hunting season, guests should be aware that local hunting activities may be taking place nearby—please stay on marked trails and enjoy the outdoors safely. With its stunning highland scenery, snowy trails, and peaceful North Woods charm, Jackman is the perfect gateway to a winter escape in Maine. Good to Know: Furnishings and color schemes may vary by unit. Amenities are well-maintained, though occasional repairs may be necessary; we handle concerns promptly. AC units are removed for winter and reinstalled each summer. Must be 21+ to rent. No smoking or vaping in units. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Dogs welcome (max 2, up to 70 lbs each); pet fee + tax due at check-in (see “Price details” before booking). Hunting season is active in the area—please follow posted safety signs and stay on marked trails.

Location Instructions

From the South: Take Maine Turnpike - Interstate 95 to Exit 133. Follow Route 201 North to Jackman. Keep a lookout for moose along the scenic stretch of roadway from Bingham to Jackman. This is a National Scenic Byway and offers many visual interests along the way. The Resort is located on your right, just before town. The approximate travel time in hours to Jackman is 2 3/4 from Lewiston and 3 1/4 from Portland. From the North: Take Maine Turnpike - Interstate 95 to Exit 157 - Follow Route 2 to Skowhegan - Then Route 201 to Jackman. Cancellation policy

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 14 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 14 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Resort Rules

A $300 authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in and released after checkout, pending a satisfactory inspection. Check-In: If arriving after 4:00 PM, please call 207-668-7700 during business hours to arrange an after-hours check-in. General Rules: Must be 21 or older to rent. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. Pet Policy: Dogs only — maximum 2 dogs (up to 70 lbs each). A $50 + tax per pet fee is due at check-in. Property Notes: AC units are window-style and are removed during winter months for heating efficiency, then reinstalled for summer. Basic Wi-Fi is available but may be limited due to the resort’s mountain location.
