Whatever suits your style, enjoy the peace and quiet on property or check out the local attractions and dining scene. This two bedroom condo just steps from the beach has a partial view of the ocean. Stairs are required to enter. Spacious layout includes one queen bed, two single beds, two full bathrooms. Generous, light-filled living space includes a sofa bed, ample dining area and a well equipped kitchen. In unit washer and dryer! Be sure to soak in the gorgeous view by making use of our heated pool directly facing the beach and ocean! Grill your fresh catch on our charcoal BBQ. WiFi, Linens and Towels are included. Strict Check-in Time begins at 4:00pm, thank you for understanding! No Pets and No Smoking Guests must be 21 to check-in. Photo ID required. We charge a $50 cancellation fee. Maximum occupancy of six people. Stairs are required to access all our partial ocean view units. Things to Know about New Smyrna Beach: Volusia County has a county-enforced light ordinance.
