The handy kitchenette offers a two-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee pot (please note: there’s no microwave or oven). The living room sofa doubles as a sleeper for extra guests, while the private bedroom features a comfy queen bed. The full bath includes a shower/tub combo and a separate sink area behind a privacy door — ideal for couples or small families. Surrounded by towering trees and mountain air, this is where simplicity meets serenity. Just bring your sense of adventure—we’ll handle the rest. Guests must be 21 or older to rent and stay. A $100 security deposit is required at check-in. No parties, no pets, no smoking. Photos are for reference only; unit furnishings and layout may vary. While we aim to keep all resort amenities available, occasional closures may happen due to maintenance or unforeseen events. Although the address is listed under Pinetop Country Club, this resort is not affiliated with the club and does not include access to its amenities.
