After skiing or snowshoeing, unwind on your private porch with a nightcap while taking in the crisp mountain air and serene winter scenery. ** Amenity Notice: Our Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Center are temporarily closed for maintenance and are expected to reopen after September 2025. Thank you for your patience. ** Resort Layout: Built into the hillside—stairs required (no elevator). Approximately 37 steps to the condo. Wi-Fi: Basic service available, but streaming is not supported due to the mountain location. Water Advisory: As of April 10, 2024, Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order for tap water. Bottled water is available at the pool center from 9 AM – 9 PM. Tap water is safe for bathing and washing clothes. Unforeseen Maintenance: While we strive to provide top-notch amenities, occasional mechanical issues may arise. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve any concerns quickly. Resort Rules

Must be 21 or older to rent. The resort requires a $250 security deposit upon check in. This is refundable based on inspection of the room. For stays longer than 21 days we require a $500 security deposit and require that the unit is cleaned weekly at no additional charge to the guest.
