Your stay includes linens, bath towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a designated parking spot. Winter Renovations Notice: From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be in progress. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections. No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies. A $100 refundable deposit is required at check-in, and guests must be 21 or older to book. Check-in is strictly at 5:00 PM. Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
